<li>Manage Section 29/FIC‑reportable transactions and maintain accurate audit trails and compliance registers.</li>
<li>Run and resolve TFS/sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening; escalate where required.</li>
<li>Work with agents and attorneys to fix incomplete submissions and protect deal timelines in a fast‑paced environment.</li>
<li>Interact with external auditors and regulators as needed; support audits and regulatory queries.</li>

<li>Provides high-level administrative support to Senior Management</li>
<li>Managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling correspondences</li>
<li>Be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.</li>
<li>Calendar and Schedule Management</li>
<li>Manage and maintain the executive&#8217;s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li>
<li>Communication and Correspondence</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.</li>
<li>Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and other documents.</li>
<li>Travel Coordination &#8211; Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.</li>
<li>Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.</li>
<li>Meeting and Event Coordination</li>
<li>Document Management &#8211; Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.</li>
<li>Administrative Support &#8211; Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining office organization.</li>

<li>Support the onboarding process for new hires.</li>
