Financial Accountant Boksburg Johannesburg Gauteng
Our Manufacturing client in Boksburg, Johannesburg Gauteng is looking for a qualified and experienced Financial Accountant with 5 years POST SAICA articles experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the finance function.
Salary Highly Negotiable
 Min Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant Bcom Degree
- Completed SAICA Articles
- Preferred CTA / Accounting Honours Completed or in the works
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS
- Strong in ERP software, excellent and advanced in Excel.
- Experience in financial reporting, audits, inventory controls, month-end processes, budgeting and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversees financial processing, monthly reporting, statutory and tax compliance,
- Oversee audit readiness, inventory-related financial controls and ongoing improvement of finance systems and ERP processes.
- Strengthen internal controls, support budgeting and contribute to operational efficiency across the business.
- Oversee the day-to-day processing of supplier, customer, payroll, receipts and disbursement transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial accounts and management reports accurately and on time.
- Review monthly management accounts before submission to finance leadership for approval.
- Act as finance lead during financial audits for all group entities and support successful audit completion.
